Landscape Gardener

Previous experience in the landscape industry is not necessary though it would be a bonus We believe in organic gardening practices that reflect natural systems. We mainly perform garden maintenance with an extension of design/install work when the schedule permits Living Harmony runs on two passions – providing great business and great horticulture. We love providing our team members/plant nerds with the ability to fullfill their passion while we take care of the business aspect. We are looking for someone who: o Shares our love and excitement for the work we do! o Possesses the capacity to take responsibility for personal learning and learn through working with others. o Understands customer needs and delivers services to effectively meet them. o Possesses the capacity to provide feedback, receive feedback and implement suggested improvements. o Will constantly apply high ethical standards; show respect; admit mistakes; and honour personal commitments. o Possesses the grit to work in all weather conditions. o Will welcome the challenge of regular physical work. o Holds a class 5 valid driver’s licence. o Is capable of working alone and in a group. o Possesses excellent time management skills. Compensation & Schedule $20.50-22/hr depending on experience 8 hour shifts 4-5 days per week Overtime pay No mandatory weekend work.
