$850 · Female Homestay Wanted for July & August

Hello! We have a fully furnished room in our main floor suite. My daughter (19) is in the other room. She works at a cafe and enjoys cooking and making art. Suite has eat -in kitchen, lovely covered patio, and good-sized yard, plenty of parking, and in-suite laundry. Someone here for the summer studying would be lovely. Price $850 includes all utilities and internet. If you would like some meals included we can be negotiate a price. I live upstairs with my son (aged 16). Send us a note about yourself! Room is available July 1st or immediately. A pet! We have a small dog upstairs. We might be willing to take on a small (under 25lbs) We are located in Colwood on Triangle Mountain
