Used lightly, sizes vary. Our kid was 6 and 7 years old when was playing hockey. Bag included (used to cost more than $20 on its own). It is everything the child needs to be ready for the ice, except the skates and stick. White knee-pads are not for hockey, but were used to learn skating. Included as well. One helmets has a lot of stickers, but they should peel off easily.
