Commercial Room Rental

This space is ideal for massage therapists, acupuncturists or anyone is the health and wellness business. We are individual business’s located within a relaxing spa like environment. The room is approx 16x8 and rents for $800 per month plus GST. The room has a wall and door dividing. It is also not renovated, it has different paint colour than the rest of the building and it also has older carpet with some staining. The room comes as is and will be unfurnished. We are open to someone doing upgrades, depending on what is is. Everything is included in the rental price such as hydro, water, wifi, etc. There’s lots of parking for clients as well as a common waiting area. Since we are all individual businesses located within there is no receptionist.
