Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities: · Graduate of a recognized Resident Care Attendant or Continuing Care/Nursing Assistant Program, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. · Must be registered, and in good standing with The BC Care Aide Registry · Must maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification · Strong competency with operating computers and health related technology · Excellent English written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and work with residents, families and peers effectively Sidney All Care Residence is located in beautiful Sidney-by-the-Sea and we’re looking for you to help us make a difference in our residents’ lives.
