Private In-Home Senior Support and Companionship with a Service Dog My drive is supporting those for whose ability to independently care for themselves is lessening. My services are custom to what you or your family member are specifically requiring. Learning their likes, dislikes and developing a trusting meaningful relationship. Providing a sense of dignity in challenging times is my aim. Most recently I was supporting a 91 year old woman with Dementia live in her home safely and successfully. For the past decade, I've experienced a tremendous amount of work with the most vulnerable of humans. Over seven years with the School District working with individuals who have various cognitive and physical abilities. Prior to that, I was a support worker for a multitude of individuals, assisting people in their homes or in the community. Advocating for those unable to do so for themselves has always been a passion of mine, starting with my first job at the SPCA. I excel in creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable and happy environment. I am a person of integrity who values kindness and compassion above all else. I am seeking scheduled employment Monday to Friday with 34-40 hours per week.
