My son and I are looking for a barn, shop, garage or rural property to rent / lease. A fixxer upper is cool with us. Maybe you have an empty old barn that could use some love, or just an old garage that needs some tidying. Let us know. We also could use living space if that is possible, a carriage house or rv pad maybe. South Cowichan preferred but doesnt have to be. Any leads appreciated. Thanks!
