Airbnb Rental Income Opportunity / Business opportunity

Hi there! My partner and I are hoping to find the right fit for what we’re wanting to achieve. We have land opportunity in port hardy, but hoping for something in town/langford/metchosin area. We have a small camper van less than 24 feet and are in the middle of renovating it to be an airbnb rental. We are hoping to exchange a percentage of our monthly income and as well as weekly/biweekly house cleans in exchange for allowing us to run the airbnb on your property. It’s a lot to ask, but hoping someone has lots of acreage where it wouldn’t be of any inconvenience or someone looking to make some extra money. I run a cleaning business in the area and would love to also add the benefit of regular cleanings. I charge $35/hr, so we could work out numbers and details if you are interested. We average our camper could generate 3k-3.5k a month! A bit about us. We are 23 and 26. My partner is in the navy (7 years now) and I have been running Fresh & Flawless Cleaning for 6 years now with multiple employees. I no longer do the cleaning myself aside from managing. I run an online coaching business as well and do a lot of content for social media and travel. We are big travellers and are looking for some side income to help us get further along with the crazy costs of living and inflation. We have been living in an apartment for 1.5 years now and are two very hard working, respectful and friendly people.
