Looking for covered RV storage in Oak Bay (or nearby)

Our family in Oak Bay picked up a clean used hybrid trailer this summer and you have a garage that you feel is too empty. Looking for about 20' (length) x 7 ' (wide) x 8' (height) of covered space to store our trailer over the winter.
