I believe in the power of a healthy body to make life more productive, more satisfying, and more fun. I hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from UBC, and will become a certified Physical Therapist in late 2023. My fitness journey began with yoga, which continues to inspire me with its combination of strength, flexibility and skill. I currently focus on at-home training with my clients, using bodyweight exercises that combine weighlifting and yoga, requiring little to no equipment. I also offer private yoga lessons, gym-based training, and deep relaxation with increased mobility via Thai Yoga Massage. This is not a sexual service.
