Our program is designed for anyone who wants to learn self-defense, whether for personal protection, exercise, or social activity. We draw on our experience with street encounters and military combat, as well as classical martial arts such as wrestling, karate, boxing, MMA, escrima, arnis, and silat, to teach simple survival skills. Our instructors have more than 50 years of combined experience in various martial arts, and we have taught a diverse range of students, including professional martial artists, elderly people, office workers, homemakers, and children as young as 4 years old. We adapt our teachings to each student's abilities, so that everyone can learn at their own pace. Our program is based on real-world experience and does not involve tournament-style combat or ranking systems. Safety is our top priority, and we do not recommend fighting with anyone. However, if your life or the life of a loved one is threatened, our program can give you the skills you need to protect yourself. Our program is suitable for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels.
