Hello, My name is Jonah Brost. I am a UBC Kinesiology (sports medicine) student, and long-time resident of Sidney/North Saanich, who has started a summer business to earn money for university. What I offer: Over the course of the Summer (May-August) I will be offering personal training sessions and fully personalized summer training plans to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a competitive athlete looking to gain an edge, or someone completely inexperienced just looking to get into good shape, I can work with you through a personalized training plan made specifically for you based on your goals and current ability level. My training plans typically utilize a combination of cardio and strength workouts to leave you both fit and strong, but this also depends on your goals. About me: I am a student athlete at the University of British Columbia. I run cross-country and track for the UBC varsity teams. I have many years of experience with both fitness and strength training. I currently hold personal bests of 15:23 for 5km, and 32:42 for 10km. I have also represented the BC provincial team in national competition and hope to someday represent the Canadian National team.
