Rapidan rods are normally fly rods, but this is a spinning rod. Made between 1930 and 1955, the Montague rods are very collectable. This one, being a spinning rod, rather than a fly rod, might be a one -off custom. The Montague City Rod Company was in Montague City, Massachusetts. This rod is in very good condition for it's age.
