Third Space Movement is looking for a community minded, friendly, and organized individual to join their team as Studio Support. The ideal candidate is personable and connects easily with new people, and shows genuine interest and care for others. They are passionate about movement, wellness, and business, and have an interest in supporting a new start-up. They are creative and eager to learn and grow within their role. On a day-to-day basis the Studio Support works in close partnership and collaboration with the Studio Manager on studio operations, brand awareness, health and safety planning, and general studio communication to our coaches, volunteers, members, and community. Qualifications: - Knowledge of Google Drive, Word Documents and Spreadsheets - Experience with Mindbody, Canva, and Slack considered an asset - Holds a current First Aid Certification, or willing to acquire before start date Skill Sets: - Exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate with clarity, compassion, and generosity - A desire to connect with and care about each person that walks through our doors - An eye for branding and design - Creative and thinks outside the box - Teachable and adaptable to change - A self-starter who is quick to take action, problem solve, and is resourceful Responsibilities: Daily Studio Operations & Member Experience - Greeting all members and visitors to the studio and Recovery Clinic, offering studio tours to new guests - Support with basic day-to-day operations and general housekeeping like laundry, vacuuming, etc when necessary - Answering and responding to emails and phone calls - Managing inventory of merchandise and supplies Class Sign-In & Open Training Supervision - Supervise and manage open training times during the day - Sign in members for class times, complete waivers and studio tours for new members - Clean the movement space before/after sessions - Be the first point of contact during open training times for questions and first aid needs Volunteer Program - Communicate with staff and volunteers through Slack - Responsible for volunteer experience including seamless integration of their volunteer passes, slack group management, schedule and availability changes, and overall team culture Digital & Marketing Support - Support with creating digital marketing and social media content for in-studio posters, social media campaigns and community marketing through Canva creatives Event Planning & Execution - Assist with planning and executing events such as onsite workshops or offsite experiences. Hours & Compensation: Hours: 16 hours per week; must be available on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm with the possibility of increased hours over time.
