Hairdresser/Barber

White House Salon is looking for another experienced hairdresser or barber to join our team! We are located in a busy complex in the heart of Brentwood Bay, perfect for growing your clientele as well as comfortably accommodating your existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience. In addition, we are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude, ready to fit seamlessly into our small, close-knit workplace. Other important qualities include possessing a “self-starter” mindset and a confident, client-centered approach. Please feel free to drop off your resume and cover letter in person! Requirements: -At least 2 years of professional salon experience. -Must have completed at least 1500 hours of study in a salon or cosmetology school, or possess equivalent apprenticeship/practical experience. -Must be legally able to work in Canada. White House Salon is not able to offer sponsorship at this time. -Ability to process transactions through salon software and POS system, or willingness to learn. -Must live in the area or have a reliable transportation to and from work.
