Fitness Studio Supervisor The Fitness Studio (Evening) Supervisor position is a new opportunity to join a growing Team of highly motivated fitness professionals. The Supervisor will be the face of the studio in the evenings and have the unique opportunity to assist others in their fitness journey and become a valuable asset to our community. Role: As the Studio Supervisor you're focused on helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. You assist Coaches with class set-up, help Trainers with administrative duties, help members with navigating the studio, and welcome all clients to their "second home." You’re dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that's organized, hygienic, safe, and fun loving. You work with BPM Managers, Coaches, Trainers, Staff, Volunteers, and our community to create opportunities for all Victorian's regardless of race, religion, sex, gender, or ideology to achieve their goals. Responsibilities: · Key holder - Open and/or close the Studio -Assisting Coaches/Trainers/Manager · Client/Member communications - Community outreach · Social media management · Sales and member relations · Studio hygiene/organization protocols Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities on the Job · Knowledge of exercise/fitness · Ability to lift over 50lbs … many times · Competency with Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram - Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel · Ability to think quickly on your feet and problem solve Working Hours - 20 hours/week (more with OT) -Monday – Thursday 3:30 – 8:30pm (may vary slightly) Qualifications/Requirements · Experience in a retail or service sector position -Fit and health-minded · Being a positive, fun, outgoing, enthusiastic individual with an endless supply of energy · Ability to make everyone feel welcome · Must be 19+ to apply Compensation · $20/hour + 8-12% sales commission + 4% vacation pay · Free unlimited gym membership ($135 monthly value) · 50% off merch, apparel, workshops, etc. To Apply Please submit a cover letter and resume in response to this job posting For more information on BPM, please visit our website at www.bpmvictoria.com Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: From $20.00 per hour
