THE SELF STORAGE PLACE 250 386-4144 Public Auction – Seized Units MARCH 24,25,26 2023 Storage Unit Viewing: Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 noon The Self Storage Place will be holding a Silent Auction for 20 seized units FRIDAY/SATURDAY MARCH 17,18, 2023. After viewing each unit from the doorway only, the bid sheet is completed and handed in to the office. Winners will be notified after SATUDAY 1:00 PM and make arrangements to pay the accepted bid same day. Those that did not win will also be contacted. Bidders can obtain a bid sheet, in the office on Saturday morning, and be shown the units with a member of staff as escort. Winning bid payments may be made in the form of Cash, Interac, Visa or MasterCard. The successful bidders on a unit, may keep it rent free until SUNDAY MARCH 19, 4:00 PM after which they must pay for the units rent, for the remainder of MARCH.
