Salary and Benefits : $85-100k + Incentives, depending on experience Comprehensive Dental care, Extended health care, Vision care Requirements: Able to travel / be away during the week from home Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience managing teams of service technicians Regular use of computer and/or tablet Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment Physically able to stand for an hour or more Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety through proactive measures and adherence to safe work practices, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions. Evaluate employee performance through feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations. Uphold high standards of workmanship and efficiency by overseeing staff, ensuring work aligns with established standards. Manage customer feedback and comments, taking appropriate action. Coordinate activities, including scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating tasks. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements. Identify, investigate, document, and implement corrective measures for potential environmental or safety issues. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and tools as directed.
