We are a growing family seeking a caring and responsible individual to join our household as a Home Child Care Provider. With three children and another little one on the way in February, we are looking for someone to become an integral part of our family's support system, helping us ensure our children receive attentive care and nurturing in a safe, loving environment. Job Summary: As a Home Child Care Provider, you'll play a vital role in assisting us with childcare responsibilities and household management. This position involves overseeing and supervising the well-being of our children, light housekeeping duties, and providing essential support during family outings and appointments. Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required Experience: Minimum of 1 to less than 7 months Responsibilities: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks Accompany the family on trips and assist with child supervision Maintain records of daily activities and children's health information Create and uphold a safe and healthy environment at home Supervise and care for the children's well-being Transport children to and from school and appointments as needed Skills and Abilities: Passionate about working with children and providing nurturing care Strong organizational skills to manage household tasks efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to ensure the safety and well-being of children in various situations Reliable and flexible to accommodate the family's schedule
