$18 · Early Childhood Educator or ECEA in Cobble Hill

Jitterbugs in Cobble Hill is looking for an Educator for full time employment. We are a licensed group childcare facility with three classrooms based in a rural area. We spend a lot of time exploring the outdoors in our large outdoor play space. We are a play based facility that incorporates layers of educational learning in each activity that is created. We are a multicultural center where Educators are encouraged to teach from the heart as we guide children with learning self help skills, and kindergarten readiness. Some of our activities include sensory play, dramatic play and art. Jitterbugs is looking for an enthusiastic educator who can lead a group of children, but also work as a team player alongside one other educator. This position is to start November 1, and is full time with a set schedule of 8 hours maximum per day. Wage is set to start at $18 but depends upon experience and level of certification.
