Part-time/Casual Nanny/Babysitter Required

I'm looking to for a part-time nanny/babysitter for our 1-year-old in the Happy Valley area. His mom is currently ill and we're looking for a responsible individual to release some of the pressure/strain from her weekly routine on a temporary or permanent basis depending on how her illness progresses. You will likely be working independently or in parallel with the mom twice a week (Tuesday and Friday preferred) helping with meals, clean-up and general assistance with the child. Position will be requiring the candidate to work roughly 5 hours per day - flexibility to stay longer as needed is desirable. Pay is negotiable based on your qualifications ($18-$24 per hour). You are... - Responsible, Polite, and Clean - A non-smoker - Able to lift 20-30lbs intermittently or as needed - Someone who understands early childhood development, and related best practices - Experienced with working with toddlers and are comfortable to feeding, changing diapers, and a bit of clean up. - Fully vaccinated and can provide proof of vaccination - A person with a track record of success and can provide references - Fluent in English (fluency in other languages is desired) - Have a drivers license and access to a vehicle to transport yourself to and from our home
