Not running but not seized. 2004 KLR650 20,000kms AS-IS for restoration or parts - Has not been running in a long time and was left outside. No idea when it ran last or if it will ever run again. I have never ridden this bike. What you see is what you get. My teenage son bought it to fix up and did nothing with it. This does have street legal papers with a clean title and it is in my name. It was painted black, it has no air in the front tire, no side panels, a battery that won't charge, very skunky gas. Tire tread is very good but brakes sound a little sticky but they do seem to work.
