We are proud to offer you: *Dental and Extended Medical Care *Full-time work Monday-Friday *A fun and energetic work environment *Casual Dress *A great sense of humor Duties: *Scheduling Technicians by job type, area, and hours effectively and efficiently. *Following up service call leads promptly by email and phone *Building rapport with customers and our partnering stores *Answering customer inquiries warmly and professionally *Accurately acquire customer information and producing call sheets that contain correct and detailed notes for the technicians. *Using keen attention to detail to complete Invoicing accurately in a timely fashion. *Contributing to our marketing and business development with strong and creative ideas. Requirements of the position: *1 year minimum of customer service experience. *Post-secondary degree is preferred *A self-starter, with a bubbly personality, positive attitude, and invested in their work. *Excellent communication skills *Able to perform essential functions in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands *Works well in a team and has a positive attitude
