Parker Johnston Ltd. is looking for 25 Sheet Metal Installers (Architectural Sheet Metal Panels & Metal Cladding) who can efficiently assist in the daily operations of our business. This position entails working in a physically demanding and fast-paced outdoor environment. Work is done at heights. Main Duties include: Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools Measure and mark sheet metal according to template Fit and join sheet metal parts Cut materials using power tools or by hand Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes Employment Requirements: Completion of High School (Secondary School) Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience required Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification is preferred, but not required Must have own transportation to get to and from job/project sites Must have (or obtain) own steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves and tools Ability to handle and lift heavy loads
