Carpenter/Labourer

T-Square Construction is seeking carpenters to join our team! Work sites will vary from Victoria and area to Nanaimo and area as we build our business. We are committed to excellent customer service, dedicated to making our clients' dream homes a reality through renovations, additions, and building new homes. Our new team members must be able to multi-task, work well individually, have good organizational skills, and be great at problem solving. We're looking for empathetic and genuine workers with excellent communication skills. Ideally, we are interested in bringing on a skilled Red Seal carpenter to oversee individual kitchen renovation projects - mostly interior demo projects. Hours of work: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Remuneration will be based on experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Execution of work orders from plans & site manager * Focusing on quality, cost control, and consistency * Ensuring all aspects of the job are completed as per company protocols Requirements: * Must have at least two years of experience * Must have own tools * Must have valid driver's license and vehicle * Knowledge of various steps of construction projects * Ability to transfer instructions into action efficiently Must be willing to work independently when warranted. resumes can be sent to nanaimo@easyinstallations.ca
