Joiner / Cabinet Maker

Growing wood window and door manufacturing company is seeking a Journeyman Cabinetry specialist /Joiner to join our fun and expanding team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Working under the Owner direction, you will be directed to tasks in addition to daily duties and will be provided general supervision throughout the normal course of business. • Are you a full Journeyman in the Cabinetry / Joinery trade? • Do you have the ability to work both in and outdoors, stand on your feet for extended periods of time and be physically capable of lifting heavy items (over 50lbs)? • Do you have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask? • Are you an independent self-motivator in addition to being a team player? • Can you operate designated shop equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times> • Do you have hands on work experience with solid wood windows and or doors? • Are you environmentally responsible with shop recyclables? • Do you speak, read, and write well? • Do you follow processes/systems? • Are you ready to do general labour, prep and assembly tasks as assigned as well as additional duties as outlined by Management? • Do you have the desire to exceed expectations? • Do you operate designated shop equipment in a safe and efficient manner always?
