Cabinet Sprayer/Refinisher (Paint Sprayer)

A little about me; my name is Jordan. I'm the owner of Island Cabinet Refinishing. You'd be working directly with me or by yourself most of the time for now as we continue to grow. I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I like music, working out, mountaineering, podcasts and I enjoy my work. I strive to be a good person and the best at what I do. 50% of the work is at the shop in Keating Crossroads, other 50% is at client homes across greater Victoria area. The job would entail: spraying cabinet doors with an airless and/or air assisted airless sprayer at the shop in a spray booth, spraying prepped off boxes and trim on site, some removal of cabinet doors on site, prepping off floors, counters, walls etc. with paper, poly and tape, cleaning cabinets, sanding, patching etc. I anticipate the time prepping for spray would decline as I trust your ability more and we replace the prepping you'd be doing with prep guys. Other shop work would entail cleaning, sanding, patching doors, drilling holes, tidying up, loading, unloading and helping me when needed. Good vision and an eye for detail is vital. We'll be working with fine details to make our finish product the best on the market. I enjoy the work. I like to try to get better and learn different techniques, try different products and methods, and you'll get to help completely transform kitchens and bathrooms for good people.
