Working in a busy operation for a short term rental property management company. We're looking for someone with the following: - time management skills - experience with a range of tasks such as (but not limited to) garbage/recycling pick up, general maintenance around the vacation rental properties (both inside and outside), hot tub maintenance, yard clearing and internal wear and tear maintenance (drywall touch ups, paint touch ups, etc...) - check up on rental properties prior to guest arrival - clean drivers license - your own vehicle - your own tools - a clean criminal background check - bondable - weekday and weekend shifts, including some evenings - mechanically inclined - skills with electrical, plumbing, lighting and gas fireplaces - renovation experience an asset In return, we'll offer you the flexibilty to manage your own schedule efficiently (providing all jobs are carried out and checked off within allocated time frames), a starting wage of $22.00 per hour with the addition of company benefits available after your 90 day probation.
