My Studio @luxeinkloft currently has a private room with sink available for rent. We are a one of a kind licensed tattoo and beauty collective. Decor in photo belongs to prior tenant, you are able to decorate the room to your taste. The studio is located on Courtney st right by government in a gorgeous brick building. It's a open and bright multi level unit for a vibey feel you just won’t find elsewhere. I offer competitive rates for renting which include Lots of storage, all of your utilities( including wifi), cleaning supplies ( paper towel, cavicide, Lysol wipes, windex) oh and did I mention 24hr access!
