The Awakening your powher Circle is about owning your magic, pushing on the energy of your passion and purpose to wake up your calling and bring all the roles of who you are into a grounded and fully expressed awareness. We open with a prayer and intention, a short story will be read and then journal on prompting questions. If so you wish to share, we will share. We will have a movement break (dance interlude), a mediation and closing ceremony. Being welcomed into a beautiful room, peaceful and safe. Being guided through a journey / activation, spending time reflecting on your thoughts and connecting to the core of who you are, a movement break and a another story telling to tie it all together.... It's very soft, fun and magical. And I am truly gifted at holding the space for you, I mean that from love and sincerity.
