We are looking to build our reception team and will hire two successful applicants. As the studio’s first point of contact, having great interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude is important. An ideal candidate should have customer service experience, be able to multitask and work with the instructors/practitioners to achieve studio excellence. *Due to the high number of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted* Duties include: Answering inquiries, including; emails, phone calls, text messages, and in-person inquiries. Be available to customers and potential clients. Maintaining the cleanliness of the studio and ensure rooms are stocked Opening and closing duties Process insurance billing and customer payments Ensure check-in and administrative duties are up to date with clients An ideal applicant should have these skills/qualifications: Be punctual and reliable. Able to follow direction and work under your own initiative - a true team player! Solid interpersonal and communication skills - 2 years of customer experience Administration experience, including; billing, invoicing, insurance Strong computer skills. BONUS if you have experience with JaneApp or MindBody operating systems! Flexible availability - weekday evenings & weekends Job Type: Part-time Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: Evenings Weekend availability Experience: reception/admin: 1 year (preferred)
