Victoria’s Premier Sign Shop is looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Support person to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate. Duties Include: Telephone Reception (multi-line system) Customer walk-in Reception Creating Invoices and taking payments (Quickbooks) Data Entry into Shop Work Management System Customer Follow-ups General Office Duties Duties May Include: Additional bookkeeping duties (entering Bills, preparing deposit, etc) Printing of business forms including business cards, flyers using Xerox Press Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Service Oriented Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent computer skills in a PC environment Education & Experience: Experience in a busy, multi-tasking environment Knowledge of Quickbooks Online or similar Small Business accounting system an asset but not required
