Looking for an Awesome Office Assistant to join our growing team and provide excellent service for our wonderful customers. We offer a safe, friendly work environment and believe that training and progression is important to our employees. This position is Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 3pm. Starting wage is $22/hour. We are located downtown Sidney and parking is free. Employee health and dental benefits provided, Stat Holidays off, Paid Birthday off, and weekly pay. Responsibilities include: • Providing back-up reception support by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors • Responding to new requests and scheduling appointments using Customer Management Software • Monitoring and responding to emails in a professional and timely manor • Invoicing support • Data entry • Assigned duties as required Required skills: • Friendly and energetic • Ability to manage time efficiently • Desire to learn • Organized and Reliable • Microsoft Office Suite experience • Business software experience an asset • To have fun at work!
