Duties Include but not limited to: Assist Project Manager and Site superintendent Corresponding with owners and subcontractors Compiling maintenance manuals Sourcing and ordering materials Coordinating deliveries Tendering Drawing organization and office filing Website document management The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
