Beacon Tax Services is offering an excellent entry opportunity for a hardworking and competent individual to join our office in a fast pace environment. The individual must have a strong attention to detail, communication and organization skill. Availability: Permanent Part-time and Permanent Full-time positions. Job Description: - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients - Respond to requests for tax information - Maintain Files - Assist Senior accountants in preparation of files. - Preparing files and returns - Reception and admin tanks - Data entry Skill Requirements: - Good Communication, verbal, and written skills - Self Motivated and willing to work independently with minimal supervision - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Competent MS office skills - Able to provide excellent customer service - Able to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow up. - Able to work well under pressure - Able to work in a team environment and demonstrate in a professional and friendly manner. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality Not Required but an Asset: - Experience with industry-based software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc) Hours: Typical office hours: Monday to Friday 830am - 430pm (we do open 7 days in Feb-April) Start Date: Anytime Wage: Competitive pay depending on experience
