Randstad is now looking for an administrative clerk for our client in the non profit sector in Victoria BC. This is a 6 month contract position but could go longer . The Position: The Administration Clerk performs a variety of administrative support duties . They are responsible for duties that include reviewing and processing documents, responding to client enquiries, assisting with completion of forms , processing receipts, work orders, procurement documents and accounts payable invoices, performing reception duties, and providing general clerical, data entry and word processing support ADVANTAGES •Weekly pay • $23 plus an hour •Central location •Established non-profit •Monday to Friday RESPONSIBILITIES •Front desk coverage •Answering phones •Assisting public with questions •General administrative tasks • Sorts, and delivers incoming and outgoing mail QUALIFICATIONS • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position • Ability to multitask • Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal). •The ability to react to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines •Excellent organization and time management skills • Strong attention to detail • MS office SUMMARY If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you - please apply here today and one of our Staffing Consultants will be in touch.
