We are a HVAC balancing company, currently seeking a reliable, punctual, full-time employee to join our team for the position of Office Administrative Assistant. Along with regular office duties, we build mechanical maintenance manuals (hard copy and digital) for large and small commercial projects. It is a very interesting and integral part of this position for the right candidate. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required. This position also requires a good working knowledge of accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing and payroll preparation, as these are responsibilities of this position. Knowledge of the HVAC industry is also preferred, but not a prerequisite. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with statutory holidays off.
