Job description We are looking for a part to full time Human Resource assistant in our office for our Childcare centre to assist our Office Coordinator with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Our ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and is highly organized. This position is until Jan, but could be renewed pending Mat leave return. Monday to Friday, weekends and Stats off. Experience an asset with Microsoft word Cloud based programming office coordination Answering and logging phone calls and wait lists maintaining our filing system. Receive, reconcile and input invoices order office supplies maintain employee / child files knowledge of printers and computer skills with Excel excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistance or secretary previous childcare experience in a group facility Understanding of VIHA regulations We are a locally owned and operated Childcare/Preschool facility that has 7 licenses in the city of Victoria with 40 staff. We offer full and part-time care for families with children 1-5 years of age. We have a small sense of family with our staff and families. BONUS- If you have an ECE license, wage is increased with BC Wage Enhancement . Job Type: Temporary Salary: From $19.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Full Covid Policies for staff and children
