Office Manager Extraordinaire

Small (10 employees) CPA accounting firm in Victoria, BC has an immediate opening for an Administrative Professional in a regular, full-time position starting soon. Hours would be from 0900 – 1700, Monday through Friday with the possibility of increased hours through tax season. That said, we can also be flexible with hours for the right candidate😊. This position is responsible for but not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to phone messages, booking appointments, organizing online documentation, scanning documents, managing email and general (electronic) filing, organizing staff functions, billing, light bookkeeping and more. The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 – 2 years of administrative professional experience. Preference will be given to applicants with previous customer service experience...ex. hotels, restaurant hosting/serving, retail. The successful applicant will have excellent organizational skills and take pride in their work. He/she will have a positive attitude, conduct themselves professionally and take pride in being a dependable employee…oh, and be fun…fun is key here😊.
