Your skills: You will have 1 year reservations experience and will bring a positive, pro-active approach, with an aptitude for learning. You will be comfortable with online and internal reservations board, 3rd party portals and CRM programs. You have a courteous and professional phone manner and have a basic knowledge of all office procedures. Your English communications skills are clear and proficient. You are comfortable being the liaison between staff, guests & management. You are organized, plan ahead & can manage various deadlines. You have a “can-do” attitude! Key responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the reservations process from initial contact to check-out. Maintaining and updating housekeeping schedules. Co-ordinating office procedures between operations and invoicing. Job Type and Schedule: This position is a full time role, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. After hours’ and weekend work sometimes required. Successful applicant will be required to be on an after hour’s emergency call rotation. This position is an 18 month maternity coverage, with the possibility of a permanent position to follow.
