We are seeking a student to develop their skills and acquire experience as Business and Office Coordinator to join our team! The position is for a fixed 4 month term starting IMMEDIATELY with a possibility of extension if required. This is a diverse position requiring multiple skill sets. In this position, you will provide customer service and administrative support to the Talent Agency partners, clients and industry professionals, using a variety of computer applications, talent platform programs, and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Training will be provided to the successful candidate. Flexibility to work from home. May require to work from Partner’s home office for training purposes. Wage Rate: $20 per hour Hours of Work: Flexible hours and as needed. Expected to work some evenings and weekends to receive and send call times via e-mail. These are very short periods.
