Administrative Assistant

Mill Bay family business is looking for an experienced, part-time Administrative Assistant in a health-related field. Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-4:00pm, Friday 9:30am-1:00pm Responsibilities: General administrative duties including: filing (electronic and hard-copy), mailing, emailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry. Schedule appointments Answer calls and attend to walk-in’s Manage inventory of supplies and equipment Maintain office cleanliness Enjoy working with seniors. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Calendar Familiarity with data base use Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide outstanding customer service Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Attention to detail and strong knowledge of office equipment operation Marketing experience a plus.
