Local island trucking company seeking a part-time receptionist/office administrator for a home office. The office is located in Cordova Bay. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential of full-time employment later on. Ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, punctual and detail orientated and wanting to learn. The schedule can be flexible. Duties will include managing hours of employees, entering data into the computer, answering phone calls, and emails. Communicating effectively with customers and driver’s and ensuring the work gets completed without issues. This spot has great potential for the right candidate who is wanting to grow with the company. A company car will be available if needed for company errands.
