Professional in Search of a Peaceful Home

My name is Melissa, I am a 38-year-old single woman who works full-time as a Registered Massage Therapist at a busy wellness clinic in Victoria. I lead a healthy and peaceful life and spend my time outside of work enjoying the outdoors, meditating, engaging in self-inquiry practices, and dancing. I do not have pets, am a non-smoker, and view my space as my sanctuary. I am in search of a serene, above-ground, 1-bedroom suite with lots of natural light, that has an outdoor space. I would love a place that has a spacious kitchen (I love to cook), a bathtub, and is private and quiet. My ideal location is outside of the bustle of the city, within a 20-minute drive from downtown, and my budget is between $1400-$1600, (which I realize is a tall ask for Victoria!). I can provide excellent references from previous landlords, character references as well as a credit check, if necessary.
