Single Mom; 3 Kids with Special Needs; 2 Dogs-4wk to find a Home

A single mama of 3 children with special needs and two emotional support dogs needs our help finding a place to call home. She only has 4 weeks now to find a place because of a court ordered sale due to a horrendous divorce. Ideally she needs 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fenced yard for the two dogs to run around for the main plus a suite in the home. This strong and amazing mother has been through so much in her young life, and my heart breaks for her and her boys. Britt is a giver, always putting others first – and always herself last. Now is the time for her to be supported and uplifted! With the court ordered sale, her share of the equity will not be enough to cover the debts she has incurred over the last 9 years due to a terrible separation and divorce. Her boys, aged 14, 13, and 11, receive regular therapy for their needs, and the uncertainty of their living situation is taking its toll on them as well; even though Britt has done everything to reassure them everything will be okay; the stress of knowing that the family has to move, without any certainty as to where they are moving to, is making the process even more difficult. She has exhausted all resources and applied to all emergency housing registries. The waitlist is 3 years long!! Please help this wonderful family get a good start in the next chapter of their lives. Our goal is to buy a home with adequate space for the boys’ needs and a yard for their therapy dogs – providing stability is fundamental for them to thrive. Britt has the biggest heart - always being the first to help others. She never asks for help as she wants to do everything on her own and will do anything to ensure her boys have everything they need.
