If you think he's cute you better hurry, because you are not the only one! This adorable fuzz ball has been charming hearts ever since he arrived at the BC SPCA Victoria Branch. Toby was a stray and we were unable to locate his original guardian. Toby has spent some time recovering at the Victoria Branch and h as made lots of friends in the meantime. Toby LOVES to snuggle, he has several cat beds around the shelter for his various snuggling needs. Toby loves playing with puzzle feeders and interactive toys, he may be getting older but he's still a kitten at heart! Toby is very tolerant of handling and will allow you to pick him up on occasion without complaint. He can be a little chatty in the morning when waiting for his wet food but we think it's part of his charm! Thank you for your interest in adopting from us!
