The priorities are reliable and dependable individuals who are also able to be part of the teamwork and compatible to work in a busy, fast-paced, and multi-task environment. Job Responsibilities: We are looking to expand our team with a permanent full-time professional food service supervisor responsible for: • Oversee, organize and schedule the duties of staff including servers • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation • Plan food request rundowns for the culinary specialists as per demands from dieticians, patients in medical clinics, or different clients • Build up strategies to meet work schedules • Keep up with records of stock, fixes, deals, and wastage • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures • Guarantee that food and administration fulfill quality control guidelines • May partake in the determination of food administration staff and aid the advancement of arrangements, techniques and spending plans • Ensure all team members follow proper food safety sanitation requirements to maintain the kitchen and work area clean, leading by example, as well as additional procedures to meet COVID-19 protocols Requirements: • Completion of secondary school • Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or service or completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline • Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain before the employment start date Email resume to: redrobincareers@gmail.com As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage applications from all qualified individuals and specifically applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups – including Indigenous persons, vulnerable youth, newcomers, and persons with disabilities – who may contribute to the continued diversification of our organization.
