Job Description 1- Cook dishes of Sudanese food and assist in preparation of designated food and beverage items in kitchen area using hot equipment 2- Welcome and greet customers before ordering when they get close to serving line with a positive attitude and smile 3- Take orders from the customers, prepare orders and deliver them to customers 4- Receive customer payments and process transactions 5- Maintain food safety and standards in food preparation and personal hygiene, and ensure that all equipment are working properly 6- Sanitize work areas, utensils and stock food goods and maintain cleanness of work station (floor, equipment, walls, refrigerators, cooking and serving utensils) 7- Oversee and manage food and beverage in according to quality expectations 8- Properly dispose waste from the service line Qualifications: - Good communication skills and customer service - Expert in preparation of food items and wrapping sandwiches - Strong leadership and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions - Trained or experienced in serving food and cash handling at fast pace Education: 1- High school education or equivalent 2- English Language 3- Computer and communicative skills 4- Food safe certificate Personal Requirements 1- Good problem solver and good communicator 2- Able to work well in a team 3- Respectful and friendly 4- Reliable and punctual
