The Lenovo extended warranty is valid until March 2020 as this machine is still fairly new (you can enter the serial # from the bottom of the machine on their website to verify). This machine is in perfect working order and great shape cosmetically; it's never given me any problems. Battery life is amazing, 8-10 hours. I have been issued a new ThinkPad from work and so would now much rather have cash than this extra laptop.
