$750 · wanted asap

Hello, I am looking for a rental space asap. I live minimally (ie have n0 furniture), I am f/t time employed as an essential service staff working with local community agency, we shelter homeless victorians, I work 12 hr night shifts 3+/week. I have 1 well taken care of cat. I would prefer inner city, I ride my bike or walk. regardless of the rental space - needs to be clean, No bugs or rodents are acceptable; relatively quiet and a safe space - no carpet. I am quiet, clean, honest, reliable, fine credit and references. I am on internet about 1x/day and if anyone responds to me, please know that I will return your effort but it likely will not be instantly, I am not constantly connected and plugged in - only when needed. I am flexible for what I can pay for rent within reason - I am not wealthy but am modest wage earner. I am not shy to contribute to household duties.
